Return Policy
ā1. Frozen and perishable products
Due to the nature of our products (frozen and perishable), we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.
2. Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged product, with damaged packaging or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, via email: contacto@xfoods.eu, attaching photographs of the product and packaging.
In these cases, X Foods may:
- Replace the product at no additional cost
- Issue a credit voucher for future purchase
- Refund the amount paid, as assessed by the case
3. Cancellation of orders
The customer can request cancellation before shipping. After shipping, it will not be possible to cancel the order due to the nature of the product.
