1. Introdução: Ao aceder ou comprar na loja online da X Foods (Sustainable Road Lda, Rua Miguel Torga, 75 "D, Leiria, 2410-134, Portugal, NIF: 518511790) o utilizador aceita os presentes Termos e Condições. A X Foods reserva-se o direito de atualizar este documento sem aviso prévio.
2. Produtos: Os nossos produtos são 100% veganos, congelados e isentos de glúten. Todas as informações nutricionais e ingredientes estão disponíveis na página de cada produto.

3. Encomendas e Pagamentos: As encomendas só serão processadas após confirmação do pagamento. Aceitamos os principais métodos de pagamento seguros. O cliente receberá um e-mail de confirmação com os detalhes da encomenda.

4. Entregas: A entrega será feita no prazo estimado indicado durante a compra, salvo em situações de força maior. Os produtos são transportados em cadeia de frio adequada.

5. Preços e IVA: Todos os preços incluem IVA à taxa legal em vigor. A X Foods reserva-se o direito de alterar os preços a qualquer momento, sem prejuízo de encomendas já confirmadas.

​1. Frozen and perishable products
Due to the nature of our products (frozen and perishable), we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.
2. Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged product, with damaged packaging or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, via email: contacto@xfoods.eu, attaching photographs of the product and packaging.
In these cases, X Foods may:
- Replace the product at no additional cost
- Issue a credit voucher for future purchase
- Refund the amount paid, as assessed by the case
3. Cancellation of orders
The customer can request cancellation before shipping. After shipping, it will not be possible to cancel the order due to the nature of the product.
